It’s Official! BFF Photo is a winner in Sprint App Challenge

A few weeks ago, I was excited to learn that the BFF Photo was a winner in the Sprint App Challenge in the social networking category.

This is the PRESS RELEASE

The app takes advantage of Sprint’s 4G network.  My essay says:

BFF Photo brings Facebook photos to the user’s phone. Consumers can use the app to view photo albums, friends’ albums and take and upload photos and videos. The app fully uses the bandwidth and reliability of the Sprint 4G Network to manage the connection to Facebook and the speedy media download to the customer.

My job doing Mobile and API work at Adkeeper.com is keeping me very busy, but I’ll make time to innovate and refine my Android apps.  I love the intersection of social and mobile … and I’ll throw the Cloud into the mix.  I was oddly excited when I saw that Amazon announced their Android SDK for AWS.

The big event is tonight at the Wired Store in NYC.  Hope to see you there.

Congrats to the other winners!
